| EAA Zero is a complex of essential amino acids , manufactured by the BioTech USA brand. The amino acid dosages contained in EAA Zero are precise for an optimal proportion defined by the World Health Organization. In fact, for each 12g serving, you have 5100mg of BCAAs, branched chain amino acids that the body cannot produce optimally. We therefore find 2.34g of leucine, 1.2g of isoleucine and 1.56g of valine. We also have 3300mg of essential amino acids including 1.8g of lysine, 900mg of threonine and 600mg of metionine. Little extra, EAA Zero contains no sugar and no calories. How to use EAA Zero?
It is recommended to take 1 dose of 12g (i.e. 3 pods) in approximately 400 ml of cool water and consume approximately 15 minutes before training. During rest days, you can also use it during the day, between meals, according to your needs.
