| Amino Build is an essential amino acid formula manufactured by the MuscleTech brand. This product contains BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) in the ideal ratio 2:1:1. These are so-called essential branched amino acids because they are incapable of being synthesized by the body alone and must be provided through diet and supplementation. We also find taurine, zinc and magnesium. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and normal macronutrient metabolism. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and electrolyte balance.

How to use Amino Build?
It is recommended to mix 1 dose of 10g (1 scoop) with approximately 250ml of cold water and consume once a day.
