How do I pay?
You can pay in the following ways:

Credit / debit cards
We accept payments by VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD, Maestro, AMEX credit and debit cards.

Bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, note that we do not process your order until payment has been received. This normally takes two or three working days. Contact us in order to receive our bank details.

Please note that you are responsible to pay for the transaction fee costs. We advise you to select the (OUR) option. We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges. We receive all your payment. If you select the SHA (shared) or BEN (beneficiary) for payment, your order will not be processed.

SHA (shared) means you only pay your bank's outgoing transfer charge. The sender will pay fees to the sending bank. We receive your payment minus the bank charges. BEN (beneficiary pays costs) means you do not pay any charge. We receive your payment minus all transfer charges.

How can I be sure that my payment has gone through?
Upon completion of every order, you receive a confirmation email. If your payment fails to go through successfully, once every two days we e-mail you a reminder with another chance to make your payment.

Are there any hidden costs?
The total price you pay for a medicine includes a pharmacy fee, a prescription fee and an administrative charge as well as the cost of the product itself. There are no hidden extra costs.

How does payment by bank transfer work?
You will be provided with the bank transfer information as soon as you place your order. When sending the bank transfer, use order number as a reference otherwise, we might be unable to match the payment with your order. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service.
