Endurance training is essential for a variety of endurance sports. A notable example is distance running events, road cycling, swimming, triathlon, rowing, cross country skiing. Other athletes, not necessarily be an endurance sport, still demand some endurance. For instance, racket sports, football, rugby, martial arts, basketball and cricket. Endurance exercise tends to be popular with non-athletes for the purpose of increasing general fitness or burning more calories to increase weight loss potential.
Using prohormones to increase working capacity, time to exhaustion, and endurance is possible because prohormones increase erythropoiesis or Erythropoietin “EPO”, which increases the oxygen your blood carries and subsequently improves endurance. EPO doping is most often associated with athletes and cyclists. The difference between using prohormones for mass and strength gains vs. working capacity and endurance differ in many ways, but these are the main points:
Avoiding prohormones associated with “cramping”
Lower doses help avoid excessive “pump” which can slow down an endurance athlete. And prohormones associated with cramping (methasterone, epistane, etc) tend to either aromatize to a great degree (the anabolic steroid dianabol for example) or as a result increase water retention. None of these effects are particularly useful for improving working capacity. So that leaves us with non-aromatizing prohormones, or what many would call “dry”. The most common complaint with bodybuilders and prohormone use during extended sets (20 + rep sets) are lower back cramps, and shin pump. The most commonly used fix for this issue is taurine intake, which might be important for any person who also uses beta-alanine (beta-alanine depletes skeletal muscle taurine).
Max LMG: Also called Methoxygonadiene was cloned many times over the past years. Max LMG became really popular because this is non a methylated prohormone that delivers middle range results. The active compound of Max LMG prohormones is 13-ethyl-3-methoxygona- 2,5(10)-diene-17-one. Max LMG prohormones are progestin based compound and they give some sort of water retention.
