| Syntha-6® Edge is a multi-source protein manufactured by the BSN Nutrition brand. This allows a rapid and prolonged supply of proteins and amino acids to the body and muscles. Proteins contribute to the maintenance and development of muscle mass. This protein powder allows assimilation and digestion of essential proteins and amino acids in the muscles over a prolonged period, unlike a classic whey protein.
Characteristics of Syntha-6® Edge from BSN Nutrition
Each serving provides a high content of 24g of protein divided into several sources such as concentrated whey, whey isolate, hydrolyzed whey, milk protein, micellar casein and calcium caseinate but also a low content 1g of saturated fat and only 1g of sugars. This formula is rich in BCAA (branched amino acids composed of leucine, isoleucine and valine) but also in glutamine. As an added bonus, this supplement mixes easily in a shaker, thus limiting the appearance of lumps.
How to use Syntha-6® Edge?
It is recommended to mix 1 serving in approximately 350 ml and consume as a snack and/or after bodybuilding training depending on your protein needs.
