| BCAA is a BCAA powder formula manufactured by the MyProtein brand. BCAAs are branched amino acids composed of leucine, isoleucine and valine. They are said to be essential because the body is incapable of synthesizing them on its own. They can therefore be provided through diet as well as through supplementation.

Each serving of BCAA provides 4g of BCAA at the classic 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine. This product is available in a neutral flavor as well as flavored flavors.
How to use BCAA?
It is recommended to mix 2 scoops (5g) with approximately 250 to 350ml of water or your favorite drink and consume before, during or after training.
