| Nitro Micellar Casein is a slow-release casein -type protein powder manufactured by the Corgenic brand. This protein is composed of micellar casein isolate in its native version with whey isolate (Sub Zero) and whey (Whey Supremacy) in a lower proportion. Its absorption speed is slower compared to other protein powders. Proteins contribute to the maintenance and development of muscle mass. Copper contributes to normal energy metabolism. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function. Selenium contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. Biotin contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. B group vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to protect cells against oxidative stress.
Characteristics of Nitro Micellar Casein from Corgenic
Each 50g serving provides 40g of protein, 0.5g of saturated fat and 1.9g of sugars. Nitro Micellar Casein contains BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine), branched amino acids qualified as essential because they cannot be synthesized alone by the body and must be provided through diet or supplementation.
How to use Nitro Micellar Casein?
It is recommended to mix 1 serving of 25g (1 measuring spoon) with 250ml of water in a shaker and take in the morning, evening, and/or after training. You can take up to 2 servings per day.
